I have tons of ideas for EFL Blogs but I had to start with just a few in order to get the site up and running. Right now our features are limited but I feel they are very useful for EFL bloggers. Take a look….
The 1st and most important feature members of EFL Blogs should consider using is

| our RSS feed feature. If you are unaware what RSS feeds are, then do a little research on the net. Do your homework! Adding your RSS feed to our site, allows you a whole new place to display your writing with no extra work on your end!! For now this is limited to your blog profile page but in the future I plan to utilize the feeds from our site in a variety of ways so that people who come to EFL Blogs can find your information more easily.
In line with this idea, we are also collecting RSS feeds from several world news sources that write in English. Most countries have an English newspaper or two that could be a valuable resource to foreigners living there or others who might want to learn about that country. I think these world feeds could also be a great place to find inspiration for new blog postings as well as provide topics and other materials for class.
These are two of the biggest features of EFL Blogs. I hope you will utilize them for your gain to get the most out of your blog and the most out of this site. I’ll try to make improvements and I’m always going to try to continue to work hard on this site… BUT I’m only one man so I hope you’ll keep that in mind. Should you have any questions, concerns, proposals, anything really… Drop me a line…. Use the contact link on the site…. Peace and happy blogging... |
